What SPREVA checks before it publishes
Every post is checked against these limits for each LinkedIn account you picked, in the editor and again right before it goes out, so a problem shows up while you can still fix it.

How connecting works
You sign in with LinkedIn and approve SPREVA. Your profile is added, and so are the Pages where you are an administrator, when LinkedIn has granted SPREVA access to Pages.
SPREVA never sees your password. Access renews on its own while the account stays connected.

PDF carousels
Add a PDF and it goes out as a document people swipe through. SPREVA checks its size and page count first.
Link previews, explained
LinkedIn shows a link preview only on a post without media. With images attached, SPREVA keeps the link in the text and tells you so.
Alt text from your library
The description saved on an image in Media goes out as its alt text on LinkedIn.
And as on every network: its own text for any account, an approximate preview, publishing now, on a date or through a queue, and a retry for only the accounts that failed.
Questions about LinkedIn
Can SPREVA post to a LinkedIn company Page?
Yes, to Pages where you are an administrator, once LinkedIn has granted SPREVA access to Pages. Your personal profile works either way.
Can I schedule a PDF carousel on LinkedIn?
Yes. Choose Document in the editor, add one PDF of up to 300 pages and 100 MB, and give it a title, which LinkedIn shows with the document.
How long can a LinkedIn post be?
3,000 characters. SPREVA counts as you type and flags anything over the limit before it goes out.
Can I schedule posts for several profiles and Pages?
Yes. Every connected profile and Page is an account of its own in SPREVA. Pick as many as you like in one post and give any of them its own text.
